General PRIME Memorysolution Inc. warranty terms

Dear customer,
We always strive to supply you with flawless products. Unfortunately, complaints and product returns can never be completely eliminated. To ensure that they are handled smoothly, please keep the following in mind.

1) Business hours:

2) Transport damage
Should your package be damaged, please have the shipping company confirm this right away. Also check the product for damage immediately after receipt and notify us in writing of any damage no more than two workdays after receipt by e-mail or fax.

3) Subsequent delivery
If something is missing, please notify us in writing no more than two workdays after receipt by e-mail or fax.

4) Important information
Please indicate the following information on the return shipping bill:
  • Customer name / Company and customer number
  • Complete telephone number and fax number
  • Quantity
  • PRIME Memorysolution product name / product number
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return

5) Returned goods / Warranty exchange
  • Send us a request for service / warranty exchange or product return.
  • Please print the filled out return shipping bill and send it to us by fax or e-mail. We will communicate your RMA number to you once we have checked everything.
  • Make sure that package is clearly labeled with the RMA number on the outside and place the return shipping bill along with a copy of the original invoice in with the shipment.
  • Postage will be paid for returns by Prime Memorysolution.
  • Returns that do not have an RMA number or that have been sent with postage will be returned to you unopened.

6) Condition of returns
The products must arrive here in the same condition that they left. If the original labels or MSN labels have been removed from components and/or if the components contain personal labels or writing, we cannot process these components. This also applies if anti-static regulations have not been adhered to.
