All third-party labels must be removed from the modules. Otherwise your claim will not be processed and the modules will be sent back to you or we have to charge you a $1.50 processing fee per module.

Important information!

  The RMA number you have been issued is valid for 10 days and then it becomes invalid.
  If a product is returned for credit, a "restocking fee" of 20% of the value of the goods is charged.

  In the future, returns without an RMA number (clearly visible on the package) will no longer be accepted or processed.
  Returns are to be sent postage paid.
  Please note: "Defective", "Broken", "Does not work", etc. are not descriptions of problems.
  Exchanging a product does not extend its warranty period!
