Memorysolution, Germany's leading special supplier of memory products and Flash cards is continuing expansion of its international business. This partnership with the Spanish distributor, Otelcom, will create access to another key international market for the takeMS brand memory products and Flash cards.

Breisach, April 2, 2004. Memorysolution is continuing the successful expansion of its international business. Following several newly forged partnerships in Central Europe, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, the leading German special supplier of memory products and Flash cards can now complete its international presence through an agreement with the Spanish distributor, Otelcom. Otelcom is one of the top five distributors of IT products in this large country at the western end of the EU. "Otelcom has very strong branding which makes them an ideal partner for us," says Oliver Henfling, Sales Director Europe at Memorysolution. "The Otelcom's proven distribution channel loyalty over a period of many years and its consistent orientation around specialized products are a perfect fit for Memorysolution's philosophy."

The sales potential of Spain, a modern country with a population of 40 million, appears high. Particularly because this market has been charaterized by highly aggressive prices, Memorysolution feels that it has got a good chance of conquering a significant market share with its high-quality brandname memory products, as emphasized by Oliver Henfling: "In addition to their outstanding performance, another factor in favor of takeMS products are their low RMA rate.
